New for 2018 - On the heels of launching the Salford-Valmar 6700 Mounted Air Boom Applicator, Salford Group is releasing a row crop air boom for the new 8700 Pull-Type Air Boom Applicator. Both the 6700 and 8700, along with the newly released Ferti-GO 4S, will be on display at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky, February 14 – 17, 2018.
New for 2018, Salford Group is releasing the Salford-Valmar 6700, the world's only aftermarket chassis mounted air boom applicator. The 6700 will bring producers, custom applicators and ag retailers alike to new heights with dry fertilizer air boom applicators, mounted on high clearance sprayer chassis.
New for 2018, Salford Group is releasing the Ferti-GO 4S - a planter mounted, granular, on-board fertilizer applicator. The Ferti-GO 4S is available for order from Salford's Valmar and Salford dealers.
Salford-Valmar is introducing the 56 series, a new line of granular applicators to replace its successful, long-running 55 series line. This new line features new polyethylene hoppers, a new ISOBUS controller and the ability to control up to 4 separate metering sections. Also being introduced at Farm Progress, will be Salford-Valmar’s 6-ton PathFinder steerable cart, to be paired with the ST6.
Salford’s Valmar 9620, the world’s largest capacity pull-type pneumatic boom applicator, is now in full production. The newest addition to Salford’s Valmar Air Boom product line is available from Salford’s Valmar dealers. Salford acquired Valmar in May, 2015.
