Accounts Payable Clerk

Salford Group is a raplidly growing and fast paced organization looking to recruit a receptionist/accounts payable clerk for our Salford, Ontario corporate office - located south of Ingersoll on Hwy 19. This position reports to the Finance Manager. The responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) those provided below.

Requirements:

  • Process account payable invoices (three way matching)
  • Process Sales Bonus/Warranty Registration program
  • Assist with weekly time sheet processing
  • Document filling
  • General duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Business Accounting or Business Administration diploma is preferred
  • Relevant experience preferred but willing to train
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including excel spread sheets
  • Enjoy fast paced environment 
  • Ability to work as a team member
