Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk
Salford Group is a raplidly growing and fast paced organization looking to recruit a receptionist/accounts payable clerk for our Salford, Ontario corporate office - located south of Ingersoll on Hwy 19. This position reports to the Finance Manager. The responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) those provided below.
- Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate departments
- Greet and appropriately direct front office visitors
- Process account payable invoices (three way matching)
- Process sales bonus/warranty registration program
- Assist with weekly time sheet processing
- Document filling
- General duties as required
- Completion of Business Accounting or Business Administration diploma is preferred
- Relevant experience preferred but willing to train
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills, including excel spread sheets
- Enjoy fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team member
